It was great to have a large part of the lab together in Portland. The conference was excellent and the breweries and sightseeing were good too. Shea gave a talk titled, “Invasive regal demoiselle risk of spread and co-occurrence with lionfish; Eva Muir presented her poster, “Allee effect strength varies across Allee mechanisms, but not taxonomic groups”; and Austin presented his poster, Assessing deep learning protocols for optimizing time series-based species distribution models.
